large amount of mold limited seating
the staff were nice on check-in this was acceptable
the room was difficult to navigate that was frustrating the elevators were also confusing i had been looking forward to the spa but there was a large amount of mold there the rooftop pool had very limited seating for the number of people

The location was amazing. Near transit and the cathedral, i could walk everywhere. the rooftop bar and pool were really good. it had amazing views and wonderful service, i participated in a wine tasting with victor garcia who was an awesome host!
the gym was very small and had no circulation. some rude patrons saved cabanas early, then left for hours. it prevented others from using the space, which shouldn't be allowed!
